We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Replenishment Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring inventory is ordered efficiently to support business operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, purchasing experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidate

Minimum 2 years of Replenishment, purchasing, data analysis, or similar experience 

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and vendor management abilities

Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory or purchasing systems

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities

Create and submit Purchase Orders to suppliers; follow-up on order changes, back-orders, delivery schedules and warranty programs.

Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed

Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery

Compare supplier pricing and negotiate when necessary

Maintain organized documentation of orders, invoices, and vendor information

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure purchasing needs are met
